6. Delivery
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer in the information form completed by the Buyer upon payment. In case of address change, it is up to the Buyer to make the change to the shipping address or by contacting the following address: in order to notify of the information change. LISA NOTO can not be held liable for delays in delivery and the consequences that may result. If the package is returned to LISA NOTO, a second delivery will be made at the expense of the Buyer. WorldWide- delivered within 7-10 days (via FedEx/USPS); door to door service, with a signature condition of delivery.
We ship internationally. Delivery costs vary from country to country. You will be apprised of delivery costs for your package when concluding your purchase from our online store. We are not responsible for any additional costs related to customs clearance in your country. We are not responsible for the detention of your parcel by customs in your country. Find out about the laws where you live related to customs clearance fees for cosmetics products coming from abroad, in this case Canada.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, after choosing your country of residence.
All packages are delivered by ICS or Canada Post within Canada and the USA. Allow 1 to 5 business days to receive your order to the address provided by you, the buyer.
The cost of delivery is $9.99 throughout Canada and the USA no matter how many items you purchase from lisanoto.com. The address completed by the buyer in the information form must be accurate, valid and located in Canada or the USA.
Important: the billing address must be the same as the credit card address.
