DELIVERY SYSTEM


All product orders are sent generally through ICS or Canada Post and are delivered to your mailbox at either your work or personal address. With few exceptions, all orders received before noon, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. Your package may arrive within 24 hours in the greater Montreal area and sometimes up to 10 working days in more remote areas in Canada and the United States or for any other reasons beyond our control. 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship. If you purchase multiple products, the entire order, including one or more pre-order products, will be shipped within 3 weeks or 21 business days.
 
DELIVERY

All deliveries in Canada and the USA cost $9.99. Delivery is free with any purchase of over $84.99, before taxes and after promo codes.
No additional charges will be added to the shipping; a valid shipping address is required.
Please note: only Canada Post delivers to postal boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We ship internationally, delivery costs vary from country to country. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout and your country of residence is factored into the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any additional costs related to customs clearance in your country. We are not responsible for the detention of your parcel at customs in your country. Find out about the laws in your country related to customs clearance fees for cosmetic products coming from abroad, in this case Canada.
WorldWide- delivered within 10-14 days (via FedEx/USPS); door to door service, with a signature required upon delivery.

CHANGING ADDRESS?


You moved and you wish to change the delivery address? No worries, you just have to update your information when you make your next purchase. 
 
IMPORTANT!


During the delivery, a signature confirmation may be required prior to reception of your parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will have to get your parcel at a Canada Post outlet. If your parcel is not collected within the specified time delay, it will be returned to us. If we have to ship it again, there will be an additional fee of $20 added.
