We accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (includes P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories), France, Sweden and Canada. For orders shipped outside of Canada any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We offer FREE Canada and U.S. shipping on orders over $74.99 and $9.99 economy shipping for orders under $75. Note: your order may ship via USPS First-Class, Priority Mail or UPS depending on the package weight and destination. Tracking is available for all options. International orders will ship via First-Class Mail for a flat fee of approximately $20. Any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to COVID-19, transit and delivery times may be longer than expected for orders shipped outside Canada. Unfortunately, we do not have insights into factors which may cause delays when shipments enter the U.S. from Canada.

Changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store? Simply return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with tracking information. We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make any changes or process cancellations. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at info@lisanoto.com. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET, and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for orders to be processed during the holidays and other busy sales periods.

Promo codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases can be redeemed only once per person. All promo codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses within Canada and certain states within the United States.
