10 activities to enjoy alone to boost your self-love

 It is important to spend time alone. It is a great way to check in with ourselves and develop healthy inner lives. 


  1. Go for a walk in the park
  2. Eat at your favorite café/restaurant
  3. Care for house plants 
  4. Try painting or drawing
  5. Volunteer for a cause you love
  6. Light a candle
  7. Read a book in the park
  8. Go to the beach/pool and / or soak in the sun
  9. Try a yoga/pilates class
  10. Head to a coffee shop and people watch
But my favorite activity will always be to take a road trip! Even for a day, it always helps me to hear my inner voice, pushes me out of my comfort zone & it is the perfect way to really get to know myself.
Spending some time alone on a daily basis is a healthy habit to have. Nobody else can do the job for you of knowing who you are and what your purpose in life is. Ultimately, it's about self-care & that's how you take back your power and have a fulfilling life.
